Everything was better than expected! The location was perfect with close interstate access, shopping, restaurants, and major attractions such as Neyland Stadium within minutes. The room and facilities were clean, updated, and well worth the money! Best stay I've had anywhere.

The kid that checked us in was super! Very polite and helpful. Wish I would have gotten his name. Very sweet. I like that it's pet friendly because I always travel with my dog (American Bulldog) and there wasn't any problem about his size. Many places restrict to 50 pounds or under.
